From CENSUS BUREAU REPORTS ON RESIDENTIAL VACANCIES AND HOMEOWNERSHIP
The homeownership rate (67.2 percent) for the current quarter was not statistically different from fourth quarter 2008 (67.5 percent), but it was lower than the rate last quarter (67.6 percent).
